Chijioke Onyechere Ngoka was born in 1985. He attended the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, where he obtained his LL.B (Hons.) in 2013. He earned his B.L from the Nigerian Law School in 2014. He was called to the Bar as a Solicitor & Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2014, and joined the firm immediately after. He is an Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group of the Firm, with primary focus on Insolvency and Receivership.

Yetunde Oluwatosin Shittu was born on the 1^st day of April 1991. She attended the Southampton Solent University, United Kingdom, where she obtained her LL.B (Hons.) Degree in 2012. She immediately proceeded to the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom, for her post-graduate studies in Law, and obtained her LL.M Degree in 2013. She earned her B.L from the Nigerian Law School in 2015, and she was in the same year called to the Bar as a Solicitor & Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. She joined the services of Citipoint (Legal Practitioners) in 2015, and she practices as an Associate in the Firm’s Corporate & Commercial Practice Group, as well as the Companies Secretarial/Nominee services practice.
